2. Account & User Conduct

2.1 When submitting inquiry or cooperation information, you promise all provided details are true, accurate and complete.

2.2 You are responsible for your account and contact information security. Notify us immediately if unauthorized use occurs.

2.3 Forbidden behaviors: releasing illegal, insulting, infringing content; malicious attacking website system; unauthorized commercial copying and spreading site content.

3. Product & Order Related

3.1 All displayed product pictures, styles, sizes and colors are for reference only. Actual goods shall prevail.

3.2 Quoted price is wholesale price, excluding international freight, tariff and other additional expenses. Final deal price is confirmed by mutual negotiation.

3.3 Minimum order quantity, production cycle and delivery time are agreed by both parties. We will arrange production strictly according to confirmed order details.

3.4 We conduct strict quality inspection before delivery. Claims for defective goods shall be submitted within valid receiving period.

4. Payment Terms

4.1 Both parties confirm payment method, deposit and balance ratio before formal production.

4.2 You shall complete payment within agreed time. Delay payment may lead to order postponement.

4.3 All transaction fees, bank handling charges shall be borne by the payer.

5. Shipping & Delivery

5.1 Delivery method and shipping company are decided through communication. We assist to arrange shipment according to requirements.

5.2 After goods leave our warehouse, transportation risk shall be taken by the buyer. We provide tracking information actively.

5.3 Customs clearance, import tax and related local formalities are the responsibility of the buyer.

6. Intellectual Property

6.6 All texts, pictures, logos, design works on this website belong to Xufang Style.

6.7 No one may copy, modify, distribute or use for commercial purposes without written authorization.

6.8 Customized patterns and logos provided by clients shall be legally owned by clients, who bear all legal liability of intellectual property.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 We try our best to keep website stable access, but do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted service due to network failure, system maintenance and force majeure.

7.2 We are not liable for loss caused by improper user operation, wrong information submission and third-party platform failure.

7.3 Force majeure including natural disaster, war, policy change leads to order delay or failure, both parties exempt relevant liability.

8. Return & Refund Rule

8.1 Custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded unless serious quality problems occur on our side.

8.2 Simple difference in color and manual detail deviation does not support refund request.

8.3 Refund application will be verified within working days, fund return follows agreed payment process.

9. Privacy Protection

Your personal business information is protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We will not disclose your confidential data to irrelevant third parties without permission.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of China. Any dispute shall be settled through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, submit to local legal jurisdiction where our company located.
